Bill Hansen
Bill started his real estate career in Seattle Washington back in 2001 licensed as a commercial mortgage banker and broker, completing dozens of real estate development and construction projects as a partner to several of the most prestigious luxury builders in Bellevue, Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond and on Mercer Island. Bill moved his family to Scottsdale in 2007, continued to develop real estate and build luxury custom homes. Since 2016 he has been focused exclusively and solely on building luxury homes for sale in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Several of his projects resulted in record success, directly attributed to design elements, functionality, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Having extensive experience in development, all phases of construction and a foundational advantage in outperforming when managing fiscally on projects, Bill and EDG Builders will add a tremendous amount of value to your next project or building your dream home. Each interaction throughout the process includes maintaining these core values while delivering a client's vision for their dream home or project. Bill continuously serves his community while fundraising and volunteering, having previously served as a corporate committee chairman at the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation. He is an Alumni of Washington State University, holds a Arizona general contractors license, a mortgage brokers license, is a principal partner in a Paradise Valley luxury home development company and is the founder of Arizona based Clovis Funding. Bill has been married since 2006 and has four children with his wife Ali.
Dale Hall
Dale has been involved in construction as a landscape contractor, a general contractor, as the owner of Arizona’s premier fireplace and outdoor living designer and builder and as EDG’s qualifying partner. In addition to decades of experience in construction and as a general contractor, Dale also possess a background in accounting. Dale lives in Scottsdale with his wife Danelle. When not on a job site or managing the administrative accounting for the company, Dale can be found hiking, mountain biking, skiing and traveling to locales that provides access to the great outdoors.
